PEEKABOO. This Midland painted turtle gets a little camera shy while soaking up the summer sun in the middle of Windermere Road. Turtles of his kind are often found in the area, especially when the pavement is hot. Take extra care while driving, and don’t be afraid to move them to the forested area.
